Delivery of two tanks for ammonia water
In December 2019 SINKOS completed two tanks V-250m3 for in stainless steel 316L for ammonia water. They were delivered to the Power Station >Dolna Odra< by water transport. The tanks with double shell and bottom has been placed on foundations and equipped in fittings acc. to the engineering design.
Completion of tank farm at Power Station Turów
| In November 2019 SINKOS completed construction of six steel tanks on site at the Power Station Turów in Bogatynia. The tanks have capacity from 150m3 up to 3000m3 and have been erected partly in stainless steel 316L (two pcs) and in P235HG (4 pcs). Two tanks had been rubbered inside. The tank farm is a part of desulphurization system IOS and had been all tanks had been effected in formula “Design & Build”. |
Delivery of two urea tanks 100m3 in stainless steel
| In August 2019 SINKOS has completed two stainless steel tanks 100m3 for urea and delivered them to the Grupa Azoty ZCH Police S.A. The tanks were placed at the foundations and thermally insulated. |

Power Plant Turów IOS system continuation
In June 2019 SINKOS continues the construction of 6 steel tanks for Power Plant Turów in Bogatynia. Cold condensate- and neutralization tank are constructed in stainless steel 316L, others in carbon steel S235J2. Capacity varies from 150m3 up to 3000m3.
Two tanks will be cladded inside with a rubber lining, in August 2019. The project is being effected in formula “Design and build”. The all tanks will be a part of desulphurization system IOS.
Successful bid for two ammonia tanks water
| In Mai 2019 SINKOS won a tender bid and started the elaboration of engineering and preparation for manufacture of two ammonia water tanks destined for Power Plant Dolna Odra. Capacity of each tank is 240m3, final delivery and assembly on site is planned for September. |
New 2 tanks for Chemical Works
| In May 2019 SINKOS has started construction of two tanks for Chemical Works ZCH Police S.A. Material: carbon steel S235JR. Delivery and montage on site is planned for September 2019. |
Delivery of steel ducts
| In June 2019 SINKOS has completed and delivered a system of steel ducts for a factory in Sweden. The ducts’ surface had been preserved in SINKOS painting shop and covered with system C4 by Sigma Coatings painting kit. |
Construction of galleries
| In May 2019 SINKOS has started production of stainless steel platform and stairs as a system of galleries for inspection of sludge dryer Bonneville. The completion and delivery is planned for July 2019. |
Delivery of steel ducts for Glass factory
| In April 2019 SINKOS has completed and delivered a system of steel ducts for glass factory in Germany. The ducts’ surface had been cleaned and covered with coating system C4 by Hempel painting kit. |
Delivery of steel stairs and platforms
| In Mai 2019 SINKOS has completed construction of steel Platform and stairs. The steel parts were hot dip galvanized. They have been sent to Germany for final montage. |
New order for sludge dryer
| In March 2019 SINKOS received new order for workshop documentation and construction of sludge dryer for Bonneville in France. The sludge dryer is foreseen to be constructed in stainless steel AISI 304L. The unit will be equipped in drive, motor-gears and conveyor belts acc.to Danish technology. Delivery is planned for June 2019. |
New order for steel offshore structures
| In March 2018 SINKOS received an order for construction of steel structures for sea transport. The structures are designed in steel thick plates in S355J2. The hooks will have performed the surface treatment acc. to Norsok M-501. Delivery is planned for April – June 2019. |
Completion and delivery of sludge dryer
| In February 2019 SINKOS has completed the sludge dryer in stainless steel AISI 304L. After furniture in conveyor belts and driving and other equipment it was secured and loaded for transport to Angers, France. |
