Installation of the reservoir at the Turów power plant
In December 2021 SINKOS has assembled the tank for solvents of bromide salts on foundation in Power Plant Turów.
The tank V-130m3 in stainless steel 1.4404 has double shells and double bottoms and thermal insulation with electrical heating. The tank will be used for cleaning of fumes after combustion of brown coal in power station so reduction of chemical mercury elements.
Assembly of technological equipment
The technological devices are being mounted on two stores according to the engineering design. The ready product In form of small granules will be packed by automates with add of computer steering. The planned probe start-off will be performed in mid- 2022.
Tank for bromide salt solvents
In October 2021 SINKOS has completed manufacture of product tank 130m3 for solvents of bromide salts.
The tank consists of double shells and double bottoms and grade of stainless steel is 1.4404. The tank will be delivered to the Power Plant Turów and will be used for fumes clearing so reduction of chemical mercury from fumes. Installation of the tanks is planned for end of November.
Tank for ammonia water
In July 2021 SSINKOS Has completed construction of a big tank for 24% ammonia-water for Chemical Plant Police. The tank In stainless steel 316L has been erected by use of Ribbon-method device and consists of two shells and two bottoms. It was equipped In control- and gauge devices as well as In leakiness detection system.
Cooler for aluminium-chloride powder
In May 2021 SINKOS completed manufacture of cooler for aluminium-fluoride powder. The device was constructed in stainless steel 1.4404 and consist of rectangular tank casing and central shaft with pipe-coils for cooling liquid. The product will be cooled by use of rotating shaft with spiral coils. The shaft has special gaskets and oil bearing, and the driving device .
Sludge Dryer
In February 2021 SINKOS completed manufacture of Sludge Dryer for Danish client. The dryer is the biggest device this type ever constructed, dimensions [WxHxL] 5,20 x 4,80 x 31,50 m and weight over 50 T. The grade of steel is stainless steel AISI 304L and is reported to be the biggest belt dryer unit ever produced. The device was equipped in drives, motor-gears, blowers, conveyor belts etc. according to Danish technology. The delivery to Boxberg Germany is planned for end of 2021.
