Gas Disperser
In November 2020 SINKOS has completed production of the Gas Disperser DGR 1600 series. The device will be used as a part of desulphurisation system in Power plant. The device was manufactured acc. To engineering design from Danmark.
The Absorber
In October 2020 SINKOS Has completed manufacture of an Absorber for Danish customer. The absorber will be a part of a system of fumes purification from Power station In Czech Republic. The dimensions [DxH] are 3800 x 6500mm. On the roof it was assembler the Gas Dispersed device. Absorber was delivered to the final client on a low-platform lorry.
Double-shell tank for urea
In September 2020 SINKOS has completed the manufacture of the stainless steel tank 60m3 for liquid urea. The tank has double bottom and double shell, and the electrical heating. The grade of steel is AISI 316L. Tank was delivered to the customer in Olsztyn.
New sludge Dryer
| In July 2020 SINKOS continues manufacture of new sludge dryer for Danish client. The dryer is to be constructed in stainless steel AISI 304L and is reported to be the biggest belt dryer unit ever produced. The device will be equipped in drives, motor-gears, blowers, conveyor belts etc. according to Danish technology. Final test and loading for delivery is planned for March 2021. |
Support coil structures
| In June 2020 SINKOS has completed production of steel coil support structures for foreign client. They will be used as a hoop bed for stainless steel tanks. The round supports have been manufactures in thick plates 40- and 60mm acc. to the code EN 1090-2 EXC3. |
Frame grid
| In June 2020 SINKOS has completed a heavy frame “Grillage” for offshore usage. The height of the structure was 1800 mm and grade of steel S355J2+N. The structure will be used on North Sea by dismantle of old Oil platforms. The weight of the grid is over 200 T. |
Support frame structures
| In June 2020 SINKOS has completed manufacture and delivered frame support structures for tanks. The grade of steel was S235JR protected by epoxy paint layers. The structures has been delivered to a client abroad in Germany. |
Engineering design of a alu-fluoride cooler
| In May 2020 SINKOS continues design engineering works of a cooler for aluminium fluoride in stainless steel. The design comprises internal coil DN100 bent in form of spiral and outside casing. The grade of steel is 316L. The design ought to be completed by end of August and the steel structure by end of November. |
Stairs and platforms for tanks
| In May 2020 SINKOS completed construction of stairs, platforms and railings for different tanks. The surface treatment was effected by the hot deep galvanization. The steel structures has been delivered to a client in Germany. |

Construction of steel foundation
| In March 2020 SINKOS has completed production of steel foundation for a Norwegian client of the marine branch. Steel grade is S355J2+N, weight 40 T. The structure will next undergo the heat processing and finally the surface treatment, and afterwards send to the final montage at the skip system of sea ferry. |
Engineering design of urea tank
| In February 2020 SINKOS has begun the engineering phase of the urea tank 50m3 in stainless steel 316L. The tank will consist of double shell and bottom and a sensor gauge for leakage. The delivery for Heat Station Olsztyn is planned for July 2020. |
Fume ducts
| In February 2020 SINKOS has completed construction and succeed delivery of third part of stainless steel fume ducts for extension of Kronospan factory. The steel grade was 1.4301 and comprised straight parts, elbows, T-tiles and compensators. The surface of ducts was pickled and passivated. |
