The Absorber
In October 2020 SINKOS Has completed manufacture of an Absorber for Danish customer. The absorber will be a part of a system of fumes purification from Power station In Czech Republic. The dimensions [DxH] are 3800 x 6500mm. On the roof it was assembler the Gas Dispersed device. Absorber was delivered to the final client on a low-platform lorry.
New sludge Dryer
In July 2020 SINKOS continues manufacture of new sludge dryer for Danish client. The dryer is to be constructed in stainless steel AISI 304L and is reported to be the biggest belt dryer unit ever produced. The device will be equipped in drives, motor-gears, blowers, conveyor belts etc. according to Danish technology. Final test and loading for delivery is planned for March 2021. |
Engineering design of a alu-fluoride cooler
In May 2020 SINKOS continues design engineering works of a cooler for aluminium fluoride in stainless steel. The design comprises internal coil DN100 bent in form of spiral and outside casing. The grade of steel is 316L. The design ought to be completed by end of August and the steel structure by end of November. |
Double-shell tank for urea
In April 2020 SINKOS has completed the engineering design and started to manufacture the stainless steel tank 60m3 for urea. The tank has double bottom and double shell, the grade of steel is AISI 316L. There is also provided electrical cable heating. Tank is planned to be delivered to the German client begin of September. |
New sludge Dryer
In March 2020 SINKOS signed new contract for workshop documentation and construction of new sludge dryer for Danish client. The dryer is planned to be constructed in stainless steel AISI 304L and be the biggest drying unit ever produced. The dryer after montage will be equipped in drives, motor-gears, blowers, conveyor belts etc. according to Danish technology. Final test and loading for delivery is planned for October. |
Construction of steel foundation
In March 2020 SINKOS has completed production of steel foundation for a Norwegian client of the marine branch. Steel grade is S355J2+N, weight 40 T. The structure will next undergo the heat processing and finally the surface treatment, and afterwards send to the final montage at the skip system of sea ferry. |
